Refund policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

You pay for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described — then we cover it.

• We send you the return address and instructions.
• Pack the item securely and ship it. Keep the tracking number.

Once your return arrives, we refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

If you return your whole order because of our mistake, we also refund the original shipping cost.

You can cancel free of charge until your order ships.

If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full, prompt refund.

Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned if they are damaged, defective or not as described. Gift cards cannot be returned.
